Pumpkins! .... alittle after the thought.... but still COOL!

I didn't show all the wonderful pumpkins that we harvested from our garden. We had about 15 pumpkins. We were so excited

This is the way the boys harvested and moved the pumpkins to where they wanted them.

What I Feel....

Color and Light would be the main things my paintings represent. I am so amazed by the magnificent colors I see in nature and all around me. I marvel at the light that reflects off of clouds and the mountains as night falls. I am continually surprised by nature. I love everywhere I have traveled because of the discovery of color and light. So my paintings are a reflection of my love for nature and my journey toward more light into my life.

The places I've lived, traveled and imagine is what I paint. One painting may have glimpses of Idaho, mountains out my back window in Utah, California or somewhere imaginary all combined into one painting. Continually I am surprised by what I see as a finished painting. That is the fun of painting for me is the surprise at the end. I sometimes feel that someone else is guiding my hands and I am only the brush or the tool.

My technique is the process. It represents life, a refining process to reach the beauty that exists in each of us and the reflection of the beauty in nature.

I am so grateful for this great ability and just want to thank you who have purchased any of my work and you who admire my work.
